THE EUROPEAN SUSTAINABLE TOURISM CHARTER AND OUR COMMITMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENT
For years now, our hotel has been committed to environmental sustainability.
We adhere to the CETS (European Charter for Sustainable Tourism) and follow their rules and suggestions to improve year by year.
This environmentally supportive policy is applied in all areas of our facility: rooms, common areas, kitchen and garden
Our bar has long since replaced plastic (disposable) bottles with returnable glass cases and recyclable aluminium cans and offers straws and paper cups.
Our breakfast buffet offers products, whenever possible, that are local and of Italian origin, and we have eliminated single-serving products, significantly reducing the use of plastic.
In the rooms we promote the reuse of towels whenever possible to avoid unnecessary waste and our courtesy products are eco-friendly.
We follow separate waste collection in all areas of the facility, and our soaps and paper all have environmental eco-labels.
We have guidelines to suggest to our guests how to avoid unnecessary consumption of water and other precious resources.
We believe that ours is a team effort, and our guests understand and adhere to our suggestions with participation and enthusiasm.
Our guests staying in our hotel can benefit from a discount on the 5 terre card since we adhere to the Marchio di Qualità Ambientale 2.0 – CETS FASE II.
